7 items that need to be checked before CNC cutting machine is used

1. Check whether the clamping block, steel belt and guide wheel of the CNC cutting machine are loose and the steel belt is loose.

2. Check whether all the transmission parts of the CNC cutting machine are loose, check the meshing of the gear and the rack, and adjust if necessary.

3. Check whether there is garbage at the general air inlet of the CNC cutting machine, and whether each valve and pressure gauge are working properly.

4. Check whether all the air pipe joints of the CNC cutting machine are loose, and all the pipes are not damaged. Tighten or replace as necessary.

5. Loosen the tightening device, push the pulley by hand, if it comes and go freely, if there is any abnormal situation, adjust or replace it in time.

6. Check the strong electric cabinet and operating platform, whether the fastening screws are loose, and clean the dust in the cabinet with a vacuum cleaner or a blower. Check for loose terminals.

7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches.
