Its applications are mainly limited to carbon steel, large thickness plate cutting, in the medium and thin carbon steel plate cutting will gradually be replaced by plasma cutting.

(2) CNC plasma cutting machine, plasma cutting has a wide cutting field, can cut all metal plates, fast cutting speed, high efficiency, cutting speed up to 10m / min or more. Plasma cutting underwater can eliminate the noise generated during cutting, dust, harmful gases and arc light pollution, effectively improving the workplace environment. The use of fine plasma cutting has made the cutting quality close to the level of laser cutting. With the maturity of high-power plasma cutting technology, cutting thickness has exceeded 150mm, broadening the cutting range of CNC plasma cutting machine.

(3) CNC laser cutting machine, with fast cutting speed, high precision, etc., laser cutting machine is expensive, high cutting costs, only suitable for thin plate cutting, high precision requirements of the occasion.

(4) CNC high-pressure water jet cutting machine, suitable for cutting any material (metal, non-metal, composite materials), high cutting accuracy, no thermal deformation, with environmentally friendly cutting method. Its disadvantages are slow cutting speed, low efficiency, high cutting costs.
